Shipping options - Store and MSH Warehouse

If you purchase an item from the MSH Warehouse, you have two options.

#1 - Ship directly to you same or next business day: Choose "MSH Warehouse items - Direct to your door!" option at checkout. Your order will be carefully packed by the warehouse and shipped directly to you.

#2 - Items can be shipped to us with our normal store orders. Once they arrive, we will ship them to you. Note this option is not guaranteed how long it will take and is based on us filling mnimum order requirements and shipping time from the warehouse to us, then from us to you. It will save you money on shipping but can take longer to arrive to you.

For option #1, we charge a flat fee of $15.95. You must select "MSH Warehouse - Ship direct to your door" at checkout. If the actual shipping and handling cost is below $15.95, we will credit the difference to your store account. Oversize and overweight orders are subject to additional charges. We will contact you in the event this applies to your order. 

If you order a combination of items from the store and warehouse that cannot be filled from a single shipping location and you are willing to wait, choose option #2. You can always place separate orders for store and warehouse items.

Our warehouse catalog will be continually growing. If you are looking for something in particular, message us and we will let you know if we can get it for you.

Inventory & Stock Availability:

When you place your order, we pre-authorize your payment. We will capture the payment once the product is pulled and ready to ship. In the event an item is not available or is from the warehouse, we will message you - PLEASE check your email and/or message on your account. Pre-authorizations expire in about 30 days per banking rules. If your pre-authorization expires while waiting for product to arrive, we will contact you to place your order again. You will not lose your place in line. Your order is prioritized!

We do not charge your order until we pack it and is ready to ship.

We pre-authorize, pack, capture payment, then generate label.

Product pages are currently showing inventory at our location and at our warehouse. Soon all inventory will be updated several times a day. We do allow you to buy more than we have in stock as we have multiple supplier partners for product. We receive shipments every day, we will message you with an update. 

Pricing Policy: 

Due to numerous price increases these days, orders placed as "Pre-Order" are subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel an order with incorrect pricing and/or incorrect discounts applied. 

USA Shipping: 

Order total under $100.00 shipping will be charged standard shipping rate. You can also choose from other carriers and options at checkout.

Orders over $100.00 receive free STANDARD shipping in the USA. You may upgrade to other carrier options on the checkout page. We offer USPS Priority Mail, UPS, and FedEX.

If we ship a partial order due to a backorder at your request, the backordered items will/may be subject to $100 minimum for free shipping or a shipping charge. Each shipment MUST meet the $100 in shippable goods for free shipping.

* There are a few items that may be excluded from free shipping due to size or weight of the item.

International Shipping: 

For International shipments, we cannot file a claim with the insurance provider until 45 days have passed.

International shipments use First Class International and Priority Mail International. Express Mail is an option, please contact us. International shipments are insured for your protection. We do not ship to certain countries that have unrealistic requirements.

Our prices do NOT include Import fees, customs or duty fees, GST, VAT, etc for shipments outside the of the USA. These fees are buyer responsibility; we cannot calculate these fees for you - Please access your governments website or contact your local office. Never ask us to falsify a customs form.

We are required to ship to the address on the order and payment. Please ensure your address is correct. We are not responsible if the address you enter on the order is incorrect. You know where you live, we don't...

We do not ship to countries that our insurance provider has blocked coverage.

We reserve the right to cancel any order.

Return Policy: 

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. A 15% restocking fee applies but will be waived when processing an exchange of equal or greater value. We do not refund original shipping or insurance fees/charges we paid for shipping. If your order had free shipping, we would deduct the shipping we paid from your refund. Return shipping charges are the responsiblilty of the buyer at all times. We suggest you use a shipper that offers tracking information for your protection.

We do not accept returns on opened items or if packaging has been damaged.

If you find you item is defective, please contact us. Many manufacturers REQUIRE you to send to them. If you decide to ignore that and send to us, we charge a fee or will deduct from your refund.

We do not accept returns for international orders.

Digitrax item return policy: We DO NOT accept returns for any Digitrax item that has been opened, even if you only opened it and looked at it. If the item is defective, the manufacturer policy (Digitrax) REQUIRES the buyer to send directly to Digitrax, not the place of purchase. This is clearly stated in the manual for the item, their website, and we show their policy in the photos. This is NOT our policy - it is a Digitrax policy that applies to every item they manufacture and sell regardless of what seller you purchase it from. If your item is defective, we will happily assist you with the how-to - BUT you will ship the item to Digitrax. If you fail to read this and return the item to us, it will be refused and shipped back to you. Sorry to be harsh, we are done taking the financial hit on Digitrax items because some people can't read or follow simple instructions. If the item was not opened and in the same exact condition as we shipped to you, we gladly accept your return. Please note we do not refund original shipping charge.

Store Credits / Refunds / Cancellations

Contact us - we work with you for the best method. Orders cancelled after payment has been captured: Two options, 100% refund as store credit or refund issued less transaction fees we paid. Unfortunately, payment processors no longer refund the fees when a refund is processed. If the order has been shipped, see refund section above.
