The kit is composed of laser cut plywood and basswood. As in most of our kits, the building has a plywood sub-structure covered by the various siding materials. The O scale foot print is 6 1/4" wide by 5" deep. The 1:20.3 F/G scale model is 13 1/4" wide by 10 1/2" deep and just shy of 11" tall, the main door is 3 . That is measured over the platform.
